The NGSC Mexico is located in the biggest city in the country. The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.
POSITION PURPOSE
Manage the procurement content creation process (e.g. Catalogs, e-Forms, SAP outline agreement) and support the identification of content enablement opportunities.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Supplier briefing
o Brief supplier on content enablement process and business benefits
o Validate the technical capabilities & support required to implement the defined procurement channel with the supplier
• Create / Maintain content
o Project manage the content creation process
o Facilitate information gathering process with the supplier (item pricing, description, photos)
o Maintain relevant master data
o Create / maintain SAP Outline Agreement , internal catalog, punch-out catalogs, eForms, ...
o Organize User acceptance Testing
o Align content and pricing to local and regional needs
• Publish Content & Train End-Users
o Manage the content validation process
o Prepare training material and communication package
o Perform end-user training if required
o Provide user support (supplier & end user)
• Identify content enablement opportunities
o Run ad-hoc catalogue penetration reports to identify content enablement opportunities
o Deep dive in category spend to put in evidence the need of content enablement (e.g. misalignment between Contract, PO and invoices).
• Monitor Content Accuracy & Consumption
o Notify category management prior to content expiration
o Ensure accurate and timely content refresh.
o Monitor Content consumption and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Minimum requirements
• University degree Spanish English - fluent Portuguese
• Nice to have 3 years of experience of working in a global environment in similar position
• Experience with procurement operations and sourcing
• Experience in content enablement (ecatalogs, forms)
• Experience in SAP MM
• Experience in reporting & analytical tools (SAP BW, MS Access and MS Excel)
• Experience training users and vendors as well as developing training material
• Experience with project management
