Novartis is currently recruiting for a Procurement Process Specialist to join the Procurement team to work on operational buying activities and the provision of process and systems support at a local level.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for understanding and contributing to any current or planned sourcing projects which may influence operational buying behaviour
• Responsible for providing input into the supplier segmentation process
• Responsible for recording supplier data to support the implementation of consistent and harmonized KPIs
• Accountable for reporting supplier performance and day to day relationship issues at a local level and for supporting supplier reviews with feedback on operational performance
• Responsible for providing high levels of customer service from the Procurement organization to end users, responding to requests for operational Procurement support, delivery, payment or supplier performance resolution
• Responsible for compliance, performance monitoring and reporting at country / site level
• Responsible for addressing and tracking non-compliance issues

Requirements:
Novartis is currently recruiting for an individual demonstrating the following:
• Min. Bachelor's degree
• Fluent Czech and English
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement operations
• Coaches others in understanding the processes and procedures
• Experience from an international company (ideally matrix org. structure)
