Job Description

1. Under the supervision of the Country Business Unit Head, to lead nationwide sales team members in selling a range of designated products to achieve sales targets.
2. Builds the sales strategy and tactical plan to implement at ethical and optical channel. Allocates resource accordingly, ensures accurate forecasts and adapts plan when needed, to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
3. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision. Manages, coaches, develops sales team (KAM, DSM, KAE, VCSR), and leads multifunctional teamwork between sales teams and other cross-functional team. Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals.
4. Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization. Provide sales management, budget control and incentive planning.
5. Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales team.
6. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
7. Maintain and build partnership with customers and KOL, understanding sales force and channel’s need to increase business growth opportunities.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or related
Preferred: MBA Thai and English
Minimum: 5 years’ experience in sales supervision position in Pharmaceutical Industry
Preferred: 3 years’ experience in marketing or FMCG field in Pharmaceutical Company.
