Supports the Marketing department in the overall development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Is actively involved in the development of marketing activities and follow-up meetings, this in particular for Brand Management, Trade & Digital Marketing. • Administrative support to the marketing team: organization of meetings, mailings to customers/database maintenance, follow up of ad hoc customer demands of materials (digital & POS), etc. • Create relationship with the trade press. Ensures proper and timely publications of trade advertising and Alcon product news. Distribute the magazines and responsible for databank of articles • Point of contact for the marketing Vision care & OTC : follow up marketing inbox, contracts (Speaker, consultancy, grants, ...), contact with DeskService, ... • Is responsible for the management and further development of the Alcon Marketing Tools as a brand and category activation tool. Important part of this is to maintain the relations with customers active on the tool and to manage the external partner in charge of the site. • Takes proper care of the administration with regards to indirect purchasing through purchase requests and goods receipts in cooperation with Indirect Purchasing and BPA. • Manages the month-end closing of the Marketing department under the supervision of the Category Brand Manager. Monitors the DME budget status on an ongoing basis and organises monthly meetings with the team. • Manages and maintains the marketing material stocks and images library. • Provide support and follow-up in the creation and production of documents and promotional material like gadgets including contacts with suppliers, call for offers, regulatory approvals, NP4 compliance etc. • Creative and logistics support to the Marketing team for projects and events like patient oriented projects, launch events, etc. • Supervises the implementation of the Promotional Practices Policy in all aspects and ensures completeness of filings in cooperation with the Head of Marketing. IGM coordinator • OTC: responsible for Order System + related questions, PH List, Pricing & communication (wholesalers), sampling

Minimum requirements
• Graduated from High School or Academic education (Business Economics, Major in Marketing) or equivalent through experience • Dutch, French & English (written and spoken) • No professional experience required, however some experience in similar function is an advantage. • Previous experience as an assistant working for different people is a + • Experience with customer communication is advantage
