Job Description

• The Marketing Manager oversees, manages and executes the customer/health care professional (HCP)-facing marketing strategy for this new venture.
• Support Head of Growth & Sales and/or Head of Marketing to develop & execute customer-facing marketing plan from lead generation/customer acquisition through customer retention, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
• Partner with Sales & Product to create engaging customer programs & content to drive top of the funnel leads.
• Lead strategy & development of sales force aides/tools, as needed.
• Continually monitor and optimize customer-marketing programs to ensure effectiveness and proactively make recommendations to programs to address gaps and ensure objectives are met.
• Test and recommend new channels, acquisition approaches and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Design team to develop high-performing creative assets to drive customer engagement.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with product and brand teams to test and optimize innovative solutions to maximize customer impact.
• Collaborate with consumer marketing manager to share learnings/best practices and identify innovative marketing opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Preferred: BS/MS in Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• 5 years of relevant experience with college degree Preferred: 3-4 years’ brand or product marketing experience
