Due to its continuous growth, Advanced Accelerator Applications, a Novartis company is looking for a Jr Product Manager to be based in Geneva, to support the launches of our two mains products Lutathera® and SomaKit TOC®/NETSPOT®, within the Theragnostic Franchise.
Principal Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Manager, your main missions will be:
•Support the development and implementation of marketing programs driving the adoption of the Theragnostic products into key accounts.
•Provide direct support to country affiliates in implementing strategies and marketing programs related to the Theragnostic portfolio.
•Support product launches activities, such as congresses, business reviews, competitive landscape analysis and any cross-functional initiative requiring input from the Theragnostic team. Identify and interface with vendors.
•Monitor revenue data and work as needed with affiliates to provide relevant business analysis.
•Support the development and update of product messaging, liaising with medical, market research, market access, SFE functions to ensure the effective dissemination of new clinical results and associated claims.
•Initiate and develop appropriate sales & marketing tools to support countries affiliates in driving the business for the Theragnostic portfolio.

Minimum requirements
•Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical, Marketing or related field
•3 plus years in healthcare industry in marketing or sales
•Oncology or nuclear medicine drugs experience preferred
•Worked in international environment and within cross-functional teams preferred
•Experience in working with and supporting marketing initiatives
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to develop and influence relationships with global/local partners (sales and other regionally represented functions) and other functions
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and second European language is a plus
•Analytical skills including general understanding of business economics and financial measures
•Methodical, accurate and accountable
•Team player
•Positive, “can-do” attitude
•Willingness to travel in Europe (10%)
