The Global Pharma Communications Intern will be part of the Employees and Executive Communications Department. The candidate will support communications operations across the Commercial and Medical organization of Novartis Pharma. Primary focus will be to quickly understand the Commercial and Medical organization priorities, and support with the execution and communications of key events (Meet-Ups, Town Halls, videos, mass mails and social media posts).

Pharma Comms Intern is responsible to execute comms news flow across the Commercial and Medical functions to support leadership communication and keep the functions well informed about upcoming events and success stories happening throughout the year.

Main responsibilities:
• Develop written Social Media content for internal channel Yammer and ensure approval from leaders and compliance
• Manage video briefings and videos recordings to develop visual contents for internal channel Yammer
• Coordination of key events such as Meet-Ups and Town Halls (conducting briefings and creating agenda)
• Work together with the Pharma comms team to help the organization deliver its priorities across Commercial and Medical
• Facilitate execution and timeline commitments in collaboration with Pharma comms team

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Recent Bachelor Graduate (graduation not longer than one year ago) with a background in Healthcare environment, Marketing or Communications
• Fluent English (written & spoken), additional language is a plus
• Process-oriented, highly organized and creative personality
• First experience in Communications
• Passion for writing and finding innovative ways of communicating
• First experience in Project management and implementation
