Novartis Pharma Produktions GmbH is the German site of the international network of Novartis Pharma Production. The site is located in the beautiful Black Forest with direct connections to Basel (Switzerland). Here are producing around 560 people in semi-solid and solid pharmaceutical production and packaging for the world market.

For our site we are searching an HR Business Partner who will be accountable for managing all the HR activities for allocated functional groups to enable them to reach their current and future business objectives based on pre-defined strategies and policies. The key objectives of the HR Business Partner are to:
• Drive business objectives and strategies
• Provide primary and proactive HR support by delivering HR expertise and services to optimise business strategy.
• Establish strong working relationships with the business through a partner-focused approach.
• Collaborate effectively with internal HR colleagues to support the development of programmes, processes and policies to achieve the required level of capabilities to optimally meet business demands.
• Act as a HR technical expert in area of expertise

Desired profile

Mindestanforderungen

Requirements:
• University Degree, e.g. Bachelor or higher, and/or commercial degree with additional HR relevant education
• Fluent in German and English
• Significant experience within an HR function or in a people management role
• In-depth functional expertise including the application of employment law within the corporate environment
• Ability to implement programmes / services within a highly demanding cross functional environment
• Excellent relationship building and networking skills with individuals at all levels
• Communication skills including coaching, training and presenting skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and trends and the ability to identify practical solutions
