• The HR Administrator provides support for the administrative HR processes within the scope of HR Core Bangladesh (OM/OA/T&A) to client organization. This includes the support to the business in any of the self-service functionalities made available. • Within this role there are likely to be specific tasks related to the following HR Core related roles; Advance Administrator, Pension Administrator.

Executes the HR CORE processes ensuring that OM, PA & absence related data is accurate and authorized according the global approval processes. The HR Administrator is the First Point of Contact (FPoC) for Bangladesh HR services that are in-scope. He/ She will receive, solve, route or escalate issues as required to Super User. Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Plays key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core Responsible for monitoring key dates to enable such processes as service awards but also ending temporary contracts Ensures compliance by checking information against policy Provides reports and documents to HR & Line customers, which includes using the reporting tools of HR Core (Standard Reporting, Ad-Hoc Query, Customer Specific Reports) Provides support and feedback where necessary to other HR Core roles, notably Organization Administrators (Country and Global), and Position Administrators Follows up employee inquiries and provides reliable information on HR Core processes (using and referring to the HR Landscape process tool, Nimbus) and policies Communicates openly and consistently with client organization, HR network as well as with internal service functions regarding HR Core processes Supports the business and the associates in the self-service functionalities available in the portal Proactively monitors manual interventions defined in data exchange scenarios e.g. Brassring Mini Master Advance Administrator – check request against policy/rules, enter data, archive documents Payroll Administrator – administrate specific payroll relevant data e.g. court orders and for the payroll submission - manages data integrity, run report, validate data, make corrections and obtain sign-off before submitting file to payroll (internal or external). Controlling data maintenance, not maintaining data. Pension Administrator – confirm eligibility, enter and maintain master data, confirm termination of benefits

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Commercial or Administrative Education • Good spoken English besides language of working environment • 2-3 years in HR or other administrative experience Practical experience with HR Systems, ideally SAP HCM • Is familiar with the key HR Core processes in the areas of Organization Management Personnel Administration, Absence Management • Has a basic understanding of Novartis HR policies
