1. Transparency Data Management/Reporting and Monitoring activities • Deliver cross border processing support to local country affiliates including data collection and validation, support & dispute query handling, BI reporting and training. • Drive accuracy and completeness through engagement with business and collection/tracking of Global Xpend relevant Events & Cross Border data. • Regularly liaise with local country SPOCs (Single Points of Contact) to ensure accurate capture of cross border spend data in a timely manner and to escalate issues to relevant stakeholders where necessary • Supporting the PLS Customer Liasion, support internal report/data business validation process (including reconciliation to PLS Cross Border Process and other data sources) • Actively track compliance related pre-requisites for the capture of cross border spend data including spend engagements with covered recipients, global data privacy arrangements, consent agreements and event approvals • Working with the other PLS Xpend Services in co-ordination with Country Business Lead [Legal/Compliance] for Disclosure Readiness. • Ensure Global Xpend Cross Border reporting calendar is followed across the countries assigned. • Ensure service levels and targets are met and service is delivered to in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements • Prepare the management reports with the Cross Border data in the format requested as per the timelines agreed. 2. Global Xpend Key User • Support adaptation of global training materials for local use and train users, if needed • Act as first line support to manage cross-border questions/requests • Monitor emails/queries in the Cross Border Xpend Email Inbox 3. Stakeholder Management and Communications • Attend operational and governance meetings with the PLS Xpend Services team to provide updates on progress against the data load calendar • Support the affiliate in monitoring and reporting on cross-border spends • Support Management, Xpend Business Lead, Compliance and Communications with data analysis

Minimum requirements

 Degree or Qualification in Finance/Business related with internal controls, IT and processes  Excellent English language skills  Proven track record of experience in data collection, finance processes, systems or compliance  Excellent Excel skills, data reconciliation process and good Power-point user  Ability to work independently, and across multi-functional matrix organization  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Working knowledge of business process analysis and change management  Knowledge of EFPIA
