Global Communications Trainee (Internship)

Role Purpose
The Sandoz Global Communications Graduate Program is an accelerated, two-year leadership development program for recent graduates. The comprehensive training program is designed to attract talented people from around the world at the beginning of their careers in communications and nurture them as future communications leaders.

Accountabilities
You will spend up to 24 months working across key communications specialties – internal communications, external communications, corporate responsibility, communications for specific product groups (including cancer therapy, antibiotics and biotechnologically derived medications), patient advocacy and regional communications – at Sandoz Global Headquarters in Holzkirchen, Germany. With 13.000 associates from 60 countries, Sandoz is truly a diverse and international working environment. Throughout the program on Campus, you will have the opportunity to drive projects and be mentored by experienced senior team members. You will also have cross-functional opportunities within Sandoz, with responsibilities steadily increasing over the two years. You will work as a full-time member of the Sandoz Global Communications team; in addition to intensive on-the-job training, we can offer leadership and teamwork skills development. Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum bachelor degree in Communications, Business Management, Social Sciences or any relevant field from 2016-2017/18 Professional fluency in English mandatory, German or other languages will be an added advantage
• A minimum of six months working experience from extracurricular activities demonstrating communication, event organization and/or networking skills, e.g., internship or freelance work for any publication/NGO/student organization, etc.
