We are always looking for talents in our growing Global Marketing Team. Our Global Brand Managers assume a key role in the development and execution of the global brand plan for our fast growing Biopharma business.
o Work across boundaries to plan, develop & implement worldwide market development and brand penetration initiatives (e.g. promotional tools, congress etc.)
- Align and lead projects with cross-functional team members
- Manage multiple agencies and 3rd party suppliers
- Drive alignment of commercialization tactics with country affiliates and assist implementation
o Implement analytics to monitor/track brand performance (e.g. market share reports, etc.) in collaboration with Head Analytics and Market Research
- Prepare and manage international internal and external meetings and events
- Assist with training of country product managers
- Develop, monitor and maintain up-to-date brand intranet
- Monitor impact of tactical plan execution & commercial brand performance make recommendations for plan adjustments
- Monitor & control all aspects of tactical plan: forecast, marketing budget, monthly accruals, etc.
Ensure adherence & compliance to all Sandoz/Novartis policies & procedures as well as international industry guidelines

Minimum requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (medicine, biology, chemistry, business or a similar field preferred)
• MBA or advanced degree (e.g. MS, Pharm D) preferred
Languages:
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Other languages a plus
Experience:
•3-5 years brand marketing / product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a track record of increasing roles and responsibilities
•Big country brand marketing experience or international experience (global, regional) required
•Ideally, knowledge of the oncology and/or immunology therapeutic area
•Product launch experience a plus
•1-3 years field sales representative or field sales management experience preferred
•Ability to independently manage multiple projects
•Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
•Internationally-oriented: cultural awareness and sensitivity (already worked, lived, traveled abroad)
•Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
•Up to 25% travel (including some weekends)
