As a Franchise Head you will lead the marketing and sales activities for a Cardio-Metabolic Franchise, including development and implementation of marketing strategies, goals and tactical plans to maximize sales and product performance for the franchise range of products across the country. You will lead and develop a team of Brand Managers and Therapeutic Area Managers/Key account Managers, and Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Obtain a thorough understanding of the key market dynamics for the franchise brands across the country
• Leading the budget process for the franchise brands in the country
• Manage and control the performance of the franchise products and proactively propose additional actions to utilize new opportunities or corrective actions if the franchise is under performing
• Establish a close cooperation and alignment with other functions such as Market Access, Medical and Marketing Science in the development and implementation of franchise strategies and tactics
• Develop a performance based franchise culture that values & recognizes a clear focus on delivering superior patient outcomes vs. simply selling our medicine
• Ensure development of direct reports by using coaching, feedback, performance tools Global interaction; Build relationships with relevant colleagues from Region Europe and the global functions and secure a strong Nordic voice at international meetings

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• University Degree in Sciences and/or in Business Administration
• Finnish & English – very good written & spoken
• Strong learning agility (especially change agility)
• Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills
• Strong communication and negotiations skills
• Strong leadership skills, preferably with 1 – 3 years’ experience from staff management with proven track of developing direct reports (coaching, feedback, leveraging performance and development tools)
