The NGSC Mexico is located in the biggest city in the country. The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.

We are searching for a Business Intelligence Coordinator for CDMX; the purpose of this position is to become a consulting partner that supports and provides the best available information with strategic and competitive analysis, generating value added insights that can be turn into brand strategies. Also, lead the EPPT process for the upcoming molecules to facilitate and ensure communication with the different involved areas.

In this position your main activities will be:
• To provide specific analysis to contribute full understanding of the market and main trends according to brand needs and hypothesis including (Access, B2B, BD&L, Contacto, BPA and Trade Mkt);
• To analyze different resources and audits to provide an executive overview of the market in order to take actions;
• To participate in preparation of budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, MS objectives using accurate market trends, pricing analysis, competitive intelligence insights and assumptions;
• To become the owner of the IPS process, consolidating primary and secondary market researches to provide insights for the strategic imperatives for the brands;
• To lead market researches for the brands and business units, managing the budget assigned;
• To ensure appropriate oversight regarding the implementation of the POP processes;
• To become a team up with the SFE team to provide the deepest analysis possible;
• To compile and present information verbally, visually and in writing for the executive committee;
• To lead the process through it´s timeline and steps;
• To ensure to have the meeting with the different areas each quarter;
• To take care of the 2nd phase for the EPPT Process (mapping);
• To ensure communication with the regional/Global team for the Upcoming molecules and plans.

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Must have an Engineering, Systems, Math, Actuary, Economy, Finance Degree or adequate equivalent;
• Must have between 3 and 5 years of experience in Pharma Market Research, Field Force Effectiveness, Business or Competitive Intelligence;
• Must have experience in Primary & Specialty market;
• Must have experience in Government Commercial market;
• Must have experience bringing strategies, proposals or information analysis to the business to take the right decisions;
• Must have experience in reports' elaboration in Excel and Power Point;
• Must have experience doing statistics analysis for the business;
• Must have experience working with statistics tools;
• Must have experience identifying risks' business;
• Must wanted to add value with his work to the company decisions;
• Must have experience in administrative processes;
• Must have experience managing vendors;
• Preferably working before in Pharma companies or with Pharma projects;
• Must have experience and knowledge with the Healthcare Systems procedures and guidelines;
• Has excellent abilities to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate with different teams and stakeholders;
• Has high ethic and integrity skills;
• Looks always for Operational Excellence;
• Has the ability to solve problems and complex issues;
• Has team player skills;
• Must have Tableau Advanced skills;
• Must have SSPS, SAS or Matlab Advanced skills;
• Advanced English skills (written, reading and speaking).
