• Definition and documentation of printed packaging materials
• Definition and coordination of text and design for international and ROW packaging materials
• Close contact to customers, external suppliers and other involved departments for clarifications and preparation of artworks
• Description of FDF’s (printed packaging materials)
• Coordination of artworks between the requirements of the customers and the possibilities of the suppliers or plant in technical point of view
• Database maintenance

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Education: University degree or higher education with technical, economical or scientific degree

Languages: Fluent in English and ideally also German

Experience: Ability to operationally handle an artwork launch/change end-to-end, Profound technical expertise/knowledge and strategic project management experience in artwork process, Analyze processes and situations to increase productivity and quality, Ability to negotiate timelines, process differences and action plans with different stakeholders, Strong planning skills - define project milestones and priorities in alignment with overall project timelines, Strong communication and presentation skills, Independently keep control of projects and deliverables
