Support US Business Insights team in the organization, implementation and tracking of key activities relat-ed to the successful execution of primary marketing research projects.
Support senior members of the Business Insights team in execution of key primary marketing research projects Create and maintain project calendars with milestones and due dates Effectively organize and manage project logistics and provide updates as necessary Maintain and track project budgets including purchase order creation and management Ensure compliance with all internal requirements and processes related to adverse event reporting in-cluding: POP management and tracking, new vendor adverse event ESP training and approval, and ESP contract and AE training date tracking. Proofread reports to ensure fulfillment of objectives, high quality, and consistency Distribute and follow up with third parties on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Oversee ad hoc requests and follow ups on research results as appropriate Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders in the process such as marketing research agen-cies, req-to-pay team, brand teams, creative agencies, and in country teams, etc.
Desired profile
Requisitos mínimos
BA/BS degree in business administration, sciences, health policy, health economic or other relevant qualification • Strong fluency in English, good written composition skills • 1-3 years of relevant experience acquired at primary market research agencies or health care consultancy companies • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications: power point, excel, outlook, and word • Ability to work independently, in an off shore situation • Ability to work with a cross-functional team • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively • Superior process, project management & organization skills • Strong business acumen • Strong solution-orientation • Able to travel to US periodically • Detail-oriented
