RESIDENTIAL SCHEME MANAGER
POUNDSGATE CLOSE, BRIXHAM, DEVON
£15,120 TO £16,046 PER ANNUM PLUS A 1 BEDROOM FLAT
30 HOURS PER WEEK – MONDAY TO FRIDAY
We are looking to appoint a live-in Resident Scheme Manager to provide support within our Leasehold Scheme for the Elderly in Brixham for which a 1 bed rent free flat is provided.
This position has responsibility for supporting the residents in maintaining their wellbeing and independence as well as the delivery of quality housing management services that respond to customer and organisational needs.
Consultation, independence, dignity and respect provide the framework for this rewarding role. You will need to have excellent customer service skills as well as the need to be adaptable and possess good management, communication and organisational skills together with a caring and supportive attitude.
Occasional travel may be required to attend Team Meetings and training, therefore a full valid driving licence and access to vehicle would be desirable but not essential.
