Job description

Samuel & Co is a London based forex and stock trading organisation that manages funds in London, South Africa and Australia. We are expanding our trading team and are looking for new traders with the right attitude, focus and drive to succeed.

A great opportunity is to become a full time forex and/or stock trader by joining our trader programme and trade live funds on one of our managed funds. The programme takes the format of 2 weeks training, followed by a selection process where the successful traders will be given live funds to trade, with 50% of all earnings being paid directly to you, this is uncapped leaving the upside of profits down to the individual.

All prospective traders without 12 months live trading history will undergo a two week intensive training, coached by Samuel & Co traders and their mind-set coach. Training fees will apply due to the extensive training. Upon completion of the two week training course, selected trainees will be given £2,000-£25,000 starting capital to trade on behalf of Samuel & Co. which will then be reviewed at each month end and will be added too depending on market performance.

We are looking for 10-15 individuals who are interested in the financial markets to join an ambitious high performing trading team. Ideal candidates are social, energetic and are looking to build a career in the Financial Industry at Samuel & Co.

No prior experience is needed as the in house training covers everything you need to know about the financial markets, trading strategies and importantly, mindset training.

The role:
As a Junior Trader, you will be trading forex short term and equities long term with Samuel & Co capital. You will liaise with our Senior Traders and the Fund Manager, communicating open risk and managing portfolio diversification. As your performance increases the amount of capital traded will increase.

The Process:
1. Telephone interview if selected
2. Face to Face Interview
3. Two weeks training
4. Placement as a Junior Trader

What you will need:
- Laptop or personal computer (Windows or Mac)
- Internet connection
- Skype for conference calls with the team
- Trading software will be provided free of charge

Earnings:
On Target Earnings for this role are;

£25,000 first year (approx.)
£70,000 second year (approx.)
£110,000+ third year (approx.)
*Depending on trader’s performance, you could possibly earn more than the above stated amounts.
