General Description
This position is responsible for the cash management of SEA, the financing of NA subsidiaries, and the implementation of new treasury processes and systems at NAHQ. This position requires strong analytical and research skills, communication skills with various departments and subsidiaries, as well as leadership and an innovative mindset to lead change management and to successfully implement various kinds of projects to improve treasury operations. Duties & Responsibilities • Liquidity Management; supervise daily cash management of US pooling and support regional treasurer to make decision for investment or loan, advise Canadian subsidiaries • Study best practices of treasury functions and recommend new processes or systems to improve the current practices • PMI (Post merger integration) in terms of treasury; analyze merged companies' banking structure, payment process, and banking relationship and recommend optimal structures for them • ISDA and Dodd & Frank regulatory follow up for new merged companies or new banks • Oversee month end closing for cash, short term investment, and debts • Supervise FX risk management; review subsidiaries' FX hedge, recommend hedge strategy for the subsidiaries, communicate with HQ • Administer online bank portal for SEA and guide subsidiaries to comply with treasury policy • Lead training staff of subsidiaries; host treasury conference or visit subsidiaries to instruct new system or updated treasury policy • Monitor and update most recent financial market status to HQ Korea and top management • Management banking relationship • Lead financing related projects to support business; analyze potential outcome and feasibility of the recommendation for various projects in terms of treasury • Project management ability; meet deadline of each task and communicate successfully with other departments or subsidiaries

Necessary Skills / Attributes
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Undergraduate degree in Finance, preferred MBA, CFA or CTP • At least 2 years of experience (in) or combination of Treasury, Finance, Accounting • Accounting knowledge and relevant experience at least 1 year • SAP or treasury work station experience at least 3 year • Strong communications, leadership, and networking skills • Strong analytical and research skills • Project management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Web search (Bloomberg experience preferred) • Bilingual, preferred Korean MAJOR CONTACTS: • Accounting and treasury department of SEA and NA subsidiaries - Listen to the needs for process improvements, implement new processes, and educate and manage the process changes • Banks, economists, and lawyers - Communicate with banks to find the best solution for financing or the best practice for treasury operations; share views and collect information on the US economic outlook SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support two staff for daily and monthly cash management, FX trading, and periodical internal audit process • Support subsidiaries' staff for treasury matter Necessary Skills / Attributes Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP Knowledge of treasury and accounting Interpersonal skill
