Position Summary: Supervise one Telco coordinator and one Sample management coordinator in remote offices, conduct analysis about SIM operation and monthly billing from carriers, create weekly, monthly reports for upper management and communicate with carriers for plan reviews and negotiations. Overall job duties: - Set up monthly, quarterly, yearly GSCMS operation strategy and goals with HQ supervisor. - Communicate with Korea HQ to improve GSCMS system and share periodical performance - Manage cost saving, system enhancement projects with remote offices' employees - Do trouble shooting for engineers about major and regional carriers' services - Communicate and negotiate with carriers to have optimized plans and features for STA - Manage physical SIM card operations such as numbers management, new accounts activations, cancelations, and re-issuances of SIM cars as needed - Conduct expense analysis monthly, and plan monthly, quarterly and yearly GSCMS budget - Perform system input operation such as record and other various data management - Back up all remote offices in case of emergency Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required: - Require a Bachelor Degree and/or a Master Degree in Business or Management Information System - Require over 3 years of work experiences and over 2 years of people management experiences - Must have analysis experiences and skills - Must have above average computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Access - Must be Korean and English bilingual to communicate with Korea Headquarter every day for email and conference meeting. - Above average interpersonal skills, presentation skills, project management skills
