Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Apply strong technical expertise to support the increase of sales of B2B display products, including LED and Hospitality TV, by providing engineering solutions support and solutions architecture. Provide Pre-sales support for subsidiaries, system integrators and/or end customers with Samsung Solutions, which include MagicInfo, Tizen, SSP, H Brower, LYNK:Sync and LYNK:REACH. Support System Integrators and End customers to optimize the usage of Software solution, which include the new Tizen platform. Work with Samsung subsidiaries and System Integrators to close LFD sales projects in which Content Management System (CMS) Software solution and/or Tizen is involved. Support engineering issues of SSSP, LED, LFD and other B2B display solution products in North America. Liaise with key industry partners in LED, LFD, and B2B market place and provide proactive market intelligence to GHQ. Perform competition tracking and analysis in CMS industry and B2B fields.
Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience in software development and technology project management. Experience must include website programming; using PHP, MYSQL, Javascript, CSS, C++, and AJAX-FED web app; and resolving engineering issues of SSSP, LED, LFD, and B2B display products. 50% international and domestic travel required.
