General Description
This role is responsible for all Operational responsibilities within the sales office structure including Operational Process Improvement, Market Development Fund Control and ROI enhancement, Supply Chain Initiatives, Sales Forecasting and Sales Trend Analysis, The Sales Operations Analyst is the focal and control point for all operational activities that occur within either the National or Regional Account responsibility. Operational responsibilities include: Sales Forecasting, Sell-Thru uploads, Market Development Fund ROI tracking, SCM initiatives, Sales trend analysis, Promotion and Channel inventory analysis, and misc. duties as required. Activities have a direct impact on both Sales revenue and profitability within the assigned account base. This position will also maintain strong relationship with Samsung Sales, Marketing and Finance. Sales Forecasting (AP1 level) Sell-Thru Data Upload Market Development Fund Planner Updates and Reconciliation Product Allocation (within region/account) Process Improvement Promotional and Sell Through Analysis (Customer) Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis KPI (Baseline Improvement) MDF Adherence to Defined Process and Policy Monthly Analysis and reporting Attendance at Customer PSI meetings Including Forecast & Scorecard Improvement Measurement based on update OTRQ Baseline Improvement Monthly Report Semi-annual preparation and monthly analysis

Desired profile
Necessary Skills / Attributes
College degree (BS/MBA) in Business, Finance or related experience 0-2 years experience required CE industry experience preferred Computer proficient including expertise in MS Office suite (Power Point, excel, word etc). Skill Base should include strong communication, detail orientation, organization, ability to work with all levels of management both within and outside of Samsung, and leadership. Financial Analysis and Process Improvement experience is preferred
