As the Sr. Product Manager at Samsung you will be the owner of delivering Samsung's mobile experiences, executing on features from ideation to shipping. This includes working with Product Marketing, UX, Development, QA, and most importantly our customers. You will be empowered to plan and deliver the mobile product roadmap for our native Android apps. We are looking for amazing product managers who have experience building consumer and enterprise mobile products scaled to millions of users. Experience with creating network effects, viral loops and building and iterating fast on features for both consumer and enterprise is required. As a product manager, you need to be able to go high and go low, stepping back and partnering on strategy with business, engineering, and design as well as diving into the pixels in our mobile apps. You need to be strategic and process driven, with experience shipping products and working collaboratively with strong engineering and data science teams. Successful candidate will have experience building consumer and/or enterprise products before; takes initiative and is a self-starter, works collaboratively, learns quickly, and thrives in a result-oriented fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate will be at the intersection between business, technology, data and user experience. A great product person will help be the “glue” for the company, in the process figuring out how to creatively bring out the best of this intersection. Responsibilities: • Define and deliver innovative and intuitive consumer experiences across all mobile platforms. • Lead cross-functional teams in business, product, design and engineering disciplines. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute product initiatives throughout the product development lifecycles. • Drive the vision, long-term product strategy and roadmap for eCommerce Mobile products. • Prepare and implement go-to-market strategies ensuring successful launch execution and adoption. • Lead product initiatives across all mobile and connected platforms – Android and iOS • Work with ECommerce backend platform team to build the best-integrated and personalized mobile shopping experiences. • Champion user profile, targeting and notification requirements to drive consistent engagement. • Craft product development strategy based on consumer research, analytical data, user engagement statistics, transactional history and more. • Define internal tools that will be leveraged by various teams for content curation, voucher generation. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, branding and other stakeholder teams throughout the product iterations to ensure what is delivered meets the original goals and KPIs. • Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and develop action plans and enhancement recommendations. • Work with design, engineering and our ecommerce and business teams to define Samsung mobile products. • Work with engineering to develop processes for A/B testing and drive continuous customer feedback, rapid testing and learning • Manage consumer research about existing and new products and features

Necessary Skills / Attributes • Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years of directly related experience is required • 2-3 years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience in software/mobile development lifecycle as a product manager. • Must have experience in launching US-based customer-facing digital mobile products; managing products with 1M+ monthly active users; Android, iOS, Tizen OS and UIUX framework. • Experience with cloud-based product development tools including Jira, Github, MixPanel, Sketch • Experience working with large datasets and define unique consumer and enterprise features a big plus • Experience and understanding of leveraging AI, Machine Learning a huge plus • Experience with creating network effects and game mechanics in mobile apps • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytics background with proficiency in customer analytics tools like MixPanel, Adobe etc. • Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences. • Experience understanding business objectives and translating them into an analytics implementation strategy • Reporting and Dashboards to address mobile stakeholders' needs
