General Description
The SCM Operations Coordinator is part of the RPM (Regional Product Management) department located in Delft. Within this team multiple operations coordinators are supporting multiple sales subsidiaries in their supply of specific product groups distributed from the Centralized Warehouses located in Tilburg (NL) & Slovakia. Key activities of the SCM Coordinator Operations are: Customer Service • Act as an intermediary for subsidiaries (and any other possible relevant parties) regarding any SCM questions or requests (order & delivery status, track and trace, pricing, allocation, new product, logistic problems, configurations, special shipments, stock availability etc) • Assure correct services of Logistics Service Provider by receiving, evaluating and administering logistics requirements of the customers. Reporting and improvement • Analyze data and setup relevant reports in order to manage responsibilities and inform management; • Analyze forecasts, orders and relevant data in order to create improvements to processes and procedures. Order Management • Validate sales order of Samsung Sales subsidiaries in Europe; • Allocate products to Samsung Sales subsidiaries according to forecast, availability and Samsung policies; • Create delivery note orders and follow up their logistics status; Projects and Process innovation • Propose process improvements and implement approved proposals in order to increase efficiency/effectiveness/process quality • Coordinate and execute logistics projects in order to constantly improve activities, procedures and systems Stock level management • Support stock management in order to create lean stock levels and avoid either shortage or overstock; • Coordinate required product and box reworks or VAS operations in order to minimize block stock or facilitate sales/marketing opportunities.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Profile: For this role we are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills. Our candidate is a flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality that is able to work in teams. We are looking for a person with: • A Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics/SCM • Max. 1-3 years working experience in a SCM role • Good level of business English skills is required • Excellent MS Office skills • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
