General Description
Create demand for CE (Consumer Electronics) products through marketing campaigns with the main focus on consumer TV. As a Marcom Manager CE you will be integral in developing and executing the marketing plans for consumer TVs. You should be comfortable with developing strategies/plans but also digging in and getting it done. The main tasks consist of: • Review global go to market plan • Review market information such as Gfk numbers, competitor activities and brand indexes • Refine the target consumer definition and insights • In alignment with global communication goals, define clear campaign goals for Switzerland • Review global asset list and evaluate needs for additional local productions • Develop go to market presentation including all communication channels • Set up “kick-off” meeting and regular operation meetings • Plan the campaign budget on a monthly basis and handle the budget administration in SAP • Handling of creative agencies • Handling of media agency • 360° marketing across own and earned channels • Development of communication programs and services • Budget responsibility for TV marketing including administrative handling • Serve as single point of contact for internal clients for TV communication projects

Necessary Skills / Attributes
We are looking for a motivated talent with the following qualifications and requirements: • At least 5 years Marketing Experience, preferably in consumer electronics • At least 2 years go to market campaign experience • Bachelor or master degree in marketing communication • Experience setting up and handling digital campaigns • Excellent presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience in the Consumer Electronics Environment is an advantage • German mother tongue, English writing and speaking fluently, French is a plus • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and work individually on self-driven projects • Execution focussed and able to work under pressure • Quick comprehension • Open minded, communicative and team player
