General Description
This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work on our Logistics team. You will be charged with working on a current logistics challenge within our Samsung network. You will be trained with the responsible area and requested to design a solution to the challenge. You will be expected to leverage both internal learnings from Samsung but more importantly applicable knowledge from academic studies and any previous experience. Your project could reside anywhere within the logistics function. Working directly with current logistics team members and leaders, you will access a challenge and build an actionable solution to the challenge. You will present the proposed solution three weeks prior to the end of the internship to Logistics leadership. Once the presentation is completed you will complete the rest of the internship implementing the solution.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Qualifications: • At least one previous internship prior to Samsung Electronics. • Advanced Excel, VBA experience. • Linear Programming. • Proficient use of Word, PPT, Outlook. • Able to work in an open office environment for extended periods of time. Internship Eligibility: • Must be enrolled in an accredited University. • Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA. • Provide proper work authorization to University Relations. • Attend New Hire Orientation on first day.
