General Description
1. Candidate must have working knowledge on Networking, security concepts & protocols, supporting security infrastructure, troubleshooting etc. 2. Candidate must have knowledge about Firewall, IDS / IPS, Proxy, DLP & Customer service skills . 3. Must have learning attitude & must be multitasking . 4. Good to have Certifications like CCNA, CCNA – Security, certifications related to Firewall like ASA, Paloalto etc., IDS / IPS, Proxy (Websense, Bluecoat etc.), DLP, Disk encryption etc.

Desired profile

Necessary Skills / Attributes
1. Experience in monitoring and configuring Security Firewall i.e. Checkpoint, ASA, Paloalto etc. 2. Experience in monitoring and configuring Proxy i.e. Websense 3. Experience of any Data leakage prevention (DLP) Solution monitoring. 4. Knowledge of Windows or Linux operating System (OS). 5. Awareness / hands on experience of Windows & Linux OS hardening. 6. Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools 7. Identify the root cause and troubleshoot 8. Work closely with various teams for early issue closures 9. Handle Level1 Escalations, and adhere to escalation matrix 10. Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to next level for diagnose a reported/escalated problem. 11. Working knowledge on Firewall, IDS / IPS, Proxy, DLP , Disk encryption etc
