General Description
Enterprise Channel Programs and PRM Manager is responsible for developing and promoting channel programs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 channel partners as well as defining the partner portal experience and managing programs through PRM tools. The position is responsible for analyzing existing programs, developing competitive program models to justify program enhancements or modifications where relevant. The right candidate will be skilled in developing effective business plans that define program ROI, support P&L objectives, market share analysis and KPIs aligned with sales and marketing goals. This Manager works closely with B2B Channel Marketing and Sales, Product Management, Sales Finance and Global Samsung counterparts. The B2B Channel Programs Manager will develop relationships, in tandem with sales and marketing reps, at key accounts with personnel including Buyers, Sales Managers, Product & Marketing Managers and where appropriate, executive leadership. Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform ongoing review of T1 and T2 channel programs, evaluating effectiveness & efficiency of programs in a competitive market • Develop new program strategies to drive partner retention and loyalty through improved partner experience and program profitability • Manage implementation of new PRM platform, driving program strategy while optimizing the partner experience • Prepare annual and quarterly channel program plans in line with product strategies and direction from channel management • Develop campaign strategy and execute program launches and announcements to targeted internal and external audiences • Advise Samsung B2B Product Management Teams on challenges relating to performance of programs across the B2B channel; develop and present solutions that are mutually beneficial to the vendor-partner relationship • Understand current industry trends and competitive offerings relevant to Samsung B2B programs, incorporating them into existing and/or future programs and plans • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual ROI analysis of program engagement and activity performance • Summarize B2B channel program expenditures and prepare annual and quarterly budget reviews for all IT B2B product categories • Explore and develop program alignment with alliance partners top optimize investments and strategic relevance

Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Bachelor's Degree required • 6-10 years' experience in channel program management, preferably in a peripheral product in the IT market • 3-5 years' experience creating and execution of channel marketing plans specific to the B2B Channel • Proficient in MS applications and large system processes. • Planning and communication (oral & written) skills. • Team player with a focus on bridging gaps between sales and marketing. • Ability to build consensus within a team environment. • Ability to travel to partner sites and industry events on as-needed basis Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
