General Description
This summer you will have the exciting opportunity to work on our Mobile team. Samsung Electronics America is offering a challenging, 11-week summer internship experience based at our US headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ. The internship program is designed to offer meaningful and cutting edge R&D experience for mobile development. General Duties include but are not limited to: • Perform advanced research and development in mobile technologies (Advance algorithms for connection handling and handoff management, Artificial Intelligence, IOT, or Smart Home etc.). • Build PoC for Samsung smartphones and other devices. • Conference paper submission and opportunity to extend the research for MS/PhD thesis. • IOT and smart home enhancement.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Qualifications: • Development and/or research project experience. • Technical Skills: C , C++, Java development experience. • Android Development platform and machine learning experience preferred. • Someone who can take direction and work independently. Internship Eligibility: • Must be enrolled in an accredited University. • Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA. • Provide proper work authorization to University Relations. • Attend New Hire Orientation on first day.
