Position Summary: Samsung Electronics is offering a challenging, 12-week summer internship experience based at our US headquarters in Ridgefield Park, NJ. The internship program is designed to offer meaningful, hands-on experience in the creative area of Employer Branding, where attracting top talent and engaging our people, Samsung's most valuable asset, is at the top of the agenda. The successful candidate should be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Digital Marketing, have a passion for creative story-telling, is highly collaborative, and is a natural go-getter. As a member of the newly created Employer Branding team, you will be working on several activities and/or initiatives that deliver consistent messaging, story-telling, creative content, and social media management branding efforts. You will be expected to consistently operate in a cross-functional capacity in your role by partnering with the People Team, Internal Communications and Public Relations, and Corporate Marketing. As the Employer Branding Intern, you will ingratiate yourself in this exciting function by creating new opportunities to optimize branding efforts for Samsung, enhance Samsung's reach through existing and new social media efforts, update content on the Samsung career site, and contribute to the overall vision of Samsung's employee value proposition. Furthermore, you will be sharing your most creative ideas on content creation by showcasing life at Samsung and reaching both the internal employee base and external market. Potential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) -Project(s) Details: • Build and develop a company blog to share life at Samsung to the external and internal market; lead the concept, design, content creation and potential implementation. • Continuous activation of existing and new social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, Twitter, Facebook, and Snapchat. • Create unique and creative content (including copy material) for social media posts and Samsung career site updates. • Partner on the creation of the University Relations branding video; co-develop the overall messaging and story; co-direct video shoot(s). • Attend Samsung sponsored events (internal or external) to optimize branding efforts and subsequently share compelling content to engage our employee base and external market.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Degree/Background/Experience Required: • Pursuing a B.A. or M.A in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing. • Previous internship experience in the area of branding preferred but not required. Qualifications: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take direction, think creatively and problem solve, be solutions oriented, and highly energetic • Ability to work cross-functionally with others across the organization • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers at all levels Internship Eligibility Requirements:  Must be enrolled in an accredited University  Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA  Provide proper work authorization to University Relations  Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
