General Description
Our qualified candidate will analyze product-centric SCM and develop CPFR -SCM strategy and plan. They will conduct weekly CPFR planning calls with accounts to optimize inventory level for Samsung Business products across all channels, as well as weekly and monthly calls for industry trend analysis. Develop and assess appropriate demand forecasting quantity and amount for replenishment and new product launches. Rationalize distribution lead time to develop monthly sales projection and to minimize related cost. Estimate and evaluate vendor score card including OTRQ, In-Stock Rate, Order fill rate and etc. by channel, customer and product group. Design of workflow & process mapping capability to maximize efficient control between supply and demand. Validation of short, mid and long-term sell-out forecast for Samsung Business products. Management of SCM KPI for all Samsung products. Update master tables of various systems such as ZFCST, ZSALES2, Seller hierarchy, e-dash board, BI hierarchy and etc. Create data modeling, charts for weekly sales meeting

Desired profile
Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Undergraduate degree in supply chain management, operation research, logistics or business administration • Minimum 3+ years of experience including advanced academic period in supply chain management role • Experience in logistics, demand management, supply management, ERP planning, inventory management or related field • Strong functional background in demand forecasting modeling using time various statistical methods • Solid experience in consumer electronics or goods in forecasting(demand/production) and allocation environment • Experience in leading key supply chain business project, in particular in SCM IT infra for design and process mapping • Demonstrated abilities in production planning, researching, responding to and resolving sales order, logistics, product allocation and shipping inquiries and other related issues utilizing Sales Order Management systems. • Read write and verbal communications skills to provide production schedules, to prepare and present plans and information to manufacturing, sales and order management personnel and to customers. • The ability to manage, plan, organize, assign, schedule and prioritize multiple work assignments • Must has very high ability to communicate proficiently in writing, through email and reports, or verbally production and product technical matters to an audience that may include less technically oriented listeners. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems involving continuously changing situations, requiring constructive thinking and imaginative approaches. • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities. • Experience in Microsoft access, SAP SD, BI, XQL • Strong leadership capabilities • Work core hours from 9am-6pm; overtime work as needed • Travel as required (less than 10%)
