General Description
• To support Parts Operations Part Leader to ensure all Parts Operations performance are fulfill follow the company expectation which including but not limited to: Responsible for monitoring and making improvement plans on all Parts Operation service key performance indexes (KPIs) such as PBO, PSM, ISR, FAR, etc. Oversee Parts Planning, Forecasting and Purchase Order Processing to enhance the after-sales support to customers by sales and distribution of spare parts to ASCs and eliminating back-orders thru timely deliveries. Responsible for all parts importation communications and inquiries with all SEA subsidiaries and GPC-Korea prior to procurement processing. Oversees daily cycle count, semi-annual and annual inventory audits to ensure optimum inventory accuracy. Review all recommendations for non-moving and surplus inventory disposal prior to final approval and scrapping. Supports Service Programs and Projects by the preparation of parts support activities which will contribute to the attainment of set objectives. Conduct system training as needed on various system improvements and implementation to ensure process efficiency within the service network. Formulate and recommend policies and procedures which will optimize service operational processes • Manage Part ordering and safety stock inventory at Service center which including but not limited to: Manage and approve all parts claims due to DNA and long-pending parts cases and process monthly claims to HQ. Manage parts inventory and logistics process thru WMS (Warehouse Management System. Ensure the availability of all initial service parts needed for new models to support their successful entry in the market and reduce cost for any product exchanges. • Manage Part Pricing strategy to ensure no Parts sales lost but no compromise to customer satisfaction due to high part cost and liase with related counterparties especially with finance department for booking management which including but not limited to: Keep monitoring for parts' price and if any adjustment required based on company operations strategy and marketing movement. Manage parts finance system to be aligned with company finance system, especially for month-end closing financial system that need to be intime and accurate with company system and processes.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Education: Bachelor degree and in finance, foreign trade or business management is preferred & additional in Business Administration is advantage. Working operations management and business strategic in 05 years at least. • Skill: MIS reporting and Management Report / Presentation “Can Do” attitude and teamwork mindset Strong Vietnamese & English communication in both verbal & writing
