General Description
The Cleans department has the widest scope in the fab. With the largest tool fleet with more steps than any other department. Successful candidates will be punctual, self-motivated, work well on a variety of different types of equipment and are very detail oriented. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of logic. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Accelerated problem solving opportunities and intense learning are abound. There are countless opportunities for learning multiple cleans toolsets and chemistries for new devices and state of the art wafer surface preparation. Specific Job Duties: • Monitoring Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes • Teamwork and Communication: Able to work in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization • Wear clean room suit and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per the SAS FAB protocol • Work in FAB environment • Able to stand and/or walk for 10+ hrs daily • Vision – Will be exposed to yellow lights, blinking lights • Process recovery post maintenance activity, production lot disposition, recovery from SPC interlocks, equipment interlock alarms, and run Engineering experiments. • Candidate will be work closely with both Engineering and Manufacturing departments. • Candidate should exhibit all of the following traits: Customer service, decision

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Available shifts: B shift (nights) = 7pm to 7am Sun-Tue, alternating Sat. C shift (days) = 7am to 7pm Thur-Sat, alternating Wed. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, Tools: • Prior Cleans and Cu Electroplating Process engineering experience a plus • Cleans process experience on DNS, SEMES, TEL or FSI platforms experience a plus • 2+ years experience as a Process Technician or MFG specialist is preferred • Associates Degree preferred or equivalent Semiconductor experience • Proficiency in MS EXCEL, MS WORD, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Extensive experience in analyzing SPC charts and trend charts • MUST be detail and task oriented
