General Description
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities to Include: • Evaluate, repair and maintain all real property on site, to include windows, doors, floors and roofs. • Must be familiar with commercial locks and lock sets, LCN door closures, raised metal flooring systems and general commercial construction methods. • Receive, respond, and complete work orders of maintenance issues utilizing computerized maintenance management systems. • Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors in order to determine work requirements, materials and tools need to complete the work. • Communicate with Facilities Services Management about any work that requires outside expert assistance. • Maintain all safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations and SOP's. Secondary Job Duties and Responsibilities to Include: • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required during and after hours • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Must be able to work independently with little supervision

• Equipment Selection – Evaluate project and select the proper tools and equipment needed to safely complete the work. • Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems. • Building and Construction - Knowledge of Building Codes, materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. • Computer Skills – Basic knowledge of computers and e-mail systems, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
