General Description
Bixby is the next-generation virtual personal assistant. Bixby will provide a truly open platform that lets any developer extend Bixby's knowledge and capabilities. As Language Expert within Samsung's Intelligence Services team, you will work closely with S/W Engineering teams, QA teams, and Product Management teams to ensure successful delivery of the product. You will own the process of content creation, content analysis, database deployment and testing. We're looking for someone who is passionate about consumer-facing user experience and has a deep curiosity about emerging technology, human behavior, data, and design.

Desired profile

Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Experience in at least one of ASR, NLU and TTS engines, working on some of these areas: o Acoustic Model (AM) o Language Model (LM) o Language Tokenizer o Inverse-Text Normalization (ITN) o Graphene to Phoneme (G2P) o Persona • Work with Samsung's global teams to ensure that the English language dependent content is delivered as per the requirements with good quality, in timely fashion • Quickly understand and be updated on the persona, guidelines and policies defined for the product • Always ensure the product content is delivered in alignment with the product persona • Actively engage in reviews for content developed by third party creative content writers • Understand the content requirements and assist content creation or modification • Proactively manage the product content in project scope, identify issues and contingency plans • Communicate status and dashboards on a regular basis with the stakeholders • NLG Scripts review (Linguistic element and Information viability) and support • VUI check for surface forms of NLG responses and dialogues • Reviewing templates generated on NLG scripts KEY QUALIFICATIONS • (3-5) years' experience in machine learning/data Annotation/computational linguistics. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English/Linguistics or equivalent. • Demonstrated experience working with technology partners (of all sizes), to deliver projects involving multiple teams. • Demonstrated experience in content maintenance and release management • Agile Methodology experience preferable. • Experience with mobility products is desired. • Demonstrated experience working and communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities. • Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels and serve as a role model for teamwork.
