In this role, you will oversee the B2B Web Experience which requires you to be responsible for the development and execution of the web experience marketing strategy for B2B customers as a subset of overall B2B marketing initiatives. As the manager of B2B Web Experience will focus on Mobile products, including Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, and other connected devices (LTE, 4G, and WiFi) and how to enhance Samsung’s ability to market these products directly to enterprise end user customers and to those customers through Samsung’s channel partners, including carriers, specific to the customer purchasing through web channels. Specifically, the Manager, B2B Web Experience will focus on the following responsibilities: • Development of strategy for customer landing pages and web enablement to drive business directly with enterprise end customers • Development of and implementation of strategy to support carrier or channel led landing pages to the enterprise end customer • Development and ownership for tracking metrics and results for business direct to enterprise end customers and through channel partner programs • Measurement of success including ROI and M/S shift in overall business • Coordination of program communication strategy and enablement to the sales organization specific to programs • Management and ownership of the core messaging content, POV, positioning, and product materials as it relates to overall business with Samsung enterprise end customers and through channel partners • Identification of new routes to market for IL business and development of B2B2C strategy to drive additional IL activity. • Development and implementation of new sales programs designed to increase M/S and drive revenue growth Additional Responsibilities and Essential Duties: • Work collectively across the business on Strategic Alliance and route to market opportunities tied to B2B business • Identify new revenue opportunities from our Channel partners, managed by the business unit and collaborate across all market units for successful revenue achievement and M/S growth relative to B2B business. • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to drive program success • Build a COE of mobility best practices and use cases relative to IL/CL web related business • Program management of ‘end to end’ program delivery

Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Bachelor's Degree with 1-3+ years of directly related marketing and program development experience is required • Strong understanding of millennials as a section of the workforce and how to appeal to them as a buying category required • Prior experience developing and implementing programs targeting individual liable customers and working with channel partners required • Prior experience developing web marketing and landing page based programs required • Prior experience in a telecommunications environment required, with specific focus on Mobile device services and support (smartphones, tablets, and wearables) • Ability to develop strategy and program manage implementation • Executive Presentation skills (C-Level audience) are a plus • Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain wireless terminals technical product and development materials • Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software in a wireless network environment • Must have demonstrated project and program management skills Necessary Attributes: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Read and interpret technical documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy. Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales, services, solutions, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company. Demonstrate a superior level of program development and project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create program proposals, coordinate and direct project teams, manage service and support staff, and manage within assigned budgets as appropriate. Work independently and in team environments in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. Physical/Mental Demands and Conditions: Work is generally performed in an office environment. All candidates must be able to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include Mobile Devices, PC’s, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Will be required to travel between key US offices for STA and SEA as well as attend customer/industry events and required meetings with HQ or other subsidiaries as assigned.
