1. Identify sales opportunities and maximize orders through technical sales activities for B2B customers on the company's products and services.
2. Improve customer satisfaction and receive more orders by offering timely response to the technical issues that may arise during technical sales activities.

Role and Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Technical Presales Consultant in a fast-growing  area of mobile. You’ll support Key Account Managers on sales opportunities, appraising customer IT environments and proposing the most appropriate Samsung Mobile B2B solution and configurations. As a Technical Presales Consultant you will become a subject matter expert in Samsung B2B solutions – including Samsung Knox, Android Enterprise, EMMs, managed services, cloud, and more.

Skills we’re looking for include:

Technical and commercial acumen to position a Samsung solution in a customer deployment The ability to assess Enterprise IT & Mobility environments An aptitude to communicate openly with customers and become a trusted partner Customer focus - including troubleshooting - through to successful solution deployment

Key Responsibilities:

This is a varied role with many interesting challenges and opportunities to grow, including:

·  Representing Samsung in front of customers and selected suppliers in the UK and EU
·  Directly influencing product development to meet customer needs through internal Product Management team
·  Professional product training and documentation for channels, partners and internal teams
·  Ownership and delivery of large, complex account deployments in Finance, Government, Operators and other high growth mobile business sectors

Technical support for integration and test of mobile business applications in Europe, as well as technical interface with European partners: Operators, ISV, System Integrators and more

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and attributes:

·  University degree in engineering or a related telecoms discipline
(equivalent period of industrial experience may be substituted).
·  Demonstrable interest or experience in enterprise mobility solutions, understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) market and mobile security technologies.
·  Experience of working in a service delivery team (e.g. in operator or service providers ) would be a plus
·  Second EU language would also be a plus

To be successful in this role you’ll have or will develop:-

·  Ability to stay cool under pressure and the motivation to deliver the right outcome
·  Good technical understanding of wireless communication and security technologies
·  Good project management, communication and presentation skills
·  Experience of working in matrix teams across different cultures and time-zones
·  Good underlying knowledge of Linux OS and IT infrastructure
·  Knowledge of key B2B mobile markets like Finance, Government and more
