The position is focusing on Sales & Marketing processes and functions throughout the NAHQ companies. Focusing on analyzing and reviewing Risk Management metrics to detect any unusual transactions. Lead and perform in-depth investigation and apply for enhancements Assist Manager to develop and manage the audit tools and analysis results to ensure company's audit performance measure is achieved. Duties & Responsibilities: - Detect unusual transactions by routine analyzing and reviewing of Sales & Marketing programs and Early Warnings - Includes reviewing of marketing vendor performance and justification of Marketing activity executions - Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge base of company's operations and get involve with Sales & Marketing discussions - Document and actively participate in the development of audit procedures performed as well as the preparation of noted concerns for audit report inclusion. - Document processes under review - Works with team leaders to develop audit test steps and can assume responsibility for key process areas of moderate complexity - Summarize and communicate results - Develop recommendations to close identified control gaps Performance Standards: - Audit plan and analysis result as planned.(Some KPI from internal system) - Review of Risk Assessment tool for updates. - Preparation of Yearly/Quarterly / Monthly planning on timely manner. - Analytical findings from the audit. - Ability to identify the issue and reasonable recommendation. - Grade of reporting / communication skills

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Required Knowledge and Education: - BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field - Professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred - Knowledge and experience in Sales & Marketing required (2+ years) - Some audit experience specially in system based audit preferred. - Ability to think analytically, communicate complex issues, and develop control recommendations - Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present control analysis and recommendations with clarity and professionalism - Experience working in teams - Ability to travel (15~20% of the time)
