General Description
Under the supervision of the Division Manager-IM Sales Group, the position provides assistance specifically to the IM Retail Innovation Manager in the various E-Commerce & CRM-related activities across the region. The position manages & coordinates the day-to-day online business operations, as well as implements strategic direction, prioritize and execute CRM activities to help online business grow for the IM Category. Working closely with HQ, Local Retailer (retailers.com), Online Pure Player, Telco Operators and Internal Agency, the candidate is expected to achieve the Online Business KPI of the department by identifying plan, negotiate with online retailers, brief the respective counterparts on the requirement and implement Online Shop-In-Shop, exclusive Online Promotions, online branding enhancements in partner's domain. Position Responsibilities: 1. Manages and build Online Shop-In-Shop and Online Brand Store strategy for IM Business. 2. Jointly develops the rollout plan with Sales & Digital Teams and manages the execution activities. 3. Inherits HQ guidelines and distribute the online merchandising material for E-commerce based channel/products/promotions. 4. Works together with Online Retail Partners/Retailers.com on the exclusive deals/promotions on a periodical basis. 5. Manages the respective Online SIS Channel on a regular basis with pre-set KPIs and be responsible for the action plans to be built jointly with the IM Sales Team. 6. Works closely with retailers in managing the overall relationship and acting as key point of contact. 7. Creates and distribute the brand's online merchandise guide periodically or during flagship launches with the Online Retail Partners in order to maintain the Brand Display Consistency in the Partner's Online Domain. 8. In collaboration with the brand's regional counter parts, takes responsibility for the End-To-End Online Brand Store's planning, strategy, development and execution for the IM Business. 9. Periodically submits reports on Online Business KPIs, Results and Improvements to the management and internal IM Teams. 10. Provides professional feedbacks/suggestions/plans within sales and retailers.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role would be an asset. - Post Graduate Degree in Business Management is an advantage. - Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player. - Passionate about online business / marketing with a strong drive to succeed. - Working level understanding of E-Commerce Design / development / platforms and Online Marketing Tools. - Ability to give presentation and deliver clear message.
