We are looking for a highly motivated individual to strengthen our team in Nairobi for an international assignment. This position is of special interest to those who wish to gain experience in an international working environment.
The candidate (m/f) should have an extensive knowledge of process and services. At present KHS operates its own facilities in Nairobi with organizational links to our Middle East/Africa market zone.

Be first point of contact for KHS clients with regard to service and repair of KHS equipment
In depth knowledge of process engineering, beverage preparation
Installation of machinery and plant components according to plans and Engineering drawings
Monitor machine efficiencies
Customer support and care in all service areas
Carry out maintenance and break down service independently
Creation of service reports following all customer visits
Perform all duties required in Service Level Agreements between Customers and KHS
Commissioning of KHS processing equipment: mixer, CIP, flash-pasteurizer, syrup room, deaerators, homogenizer, etc.
Communication with customers and departments within KHS
Assist with training on KHS machines / equipment
Inventorying and recommend spare parts to customers
Assist in elimination of technical malfunctions

Qualification in Process Engineering, Food technology or comparable education(Bachelor’s degree or above)
Installation and commissioning capability of similar equipment’s
Experience from processing juice or milk industry is highly desirable
Advance electrical skills, Siemens S5/S7, ICONIX, B&R, KUKA, Simotion
5 years working experience is preferable
Be ready to install and commission machines
Solution-oriented mindset
Good spoken and written English, German skills would be an advantage
Analytical thinking for solving technical tasks
Profound knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
Assertiveness and organizational skills
Self-confident and friendly appearance
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Africa
