Technical Producer Trainee
 
The Technical Producer works within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services team to provide support to customers in the process of developing, coding and launching complex email, webpage and cross channel campaigns. This role focuses primarily on building actionable solutions with the SFMC technology and understanding the needs of the customer. This includes documenting solutions, creating dynamic content solutions, managing data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize customer success. This role includes coding HTML emails and landing pages, and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's proprietary scripting language, automation and database tools to execute highly dynamic, data-driven solutions.
 
Responsibilities
· Leverage SFMC tools and scripting language to deliver highly dynamic and personalized content
· Develop robust clear documentation to facilitate ongoing support of the customer
· Work with the customer and customer stakeholders to build, test and deploy solutions, integrating feedback from the customer back into the solutions and helping the customer to understand and use the solutions
· Collaborate with other members of the Services team and the wider product team to proactively provide best practice recommendations to customers
· Instill confidence through maturity, expertise and impeccable communications (written and verbal) with customers
· Work with a wider technical team in building solutions, taking part in delivery, feeding back issues and suggestions, and focusing on customer success
· Troubleshoot solution and platform bugs and effectively manage these through the development cycle.
· Manage customer assets and data
· Test solutions using industry best practice and ensuring highest quality work is delivered to the customer  
Basic Requirements
 
· BA/BS in Web Design and Development, Web Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
· Experience in front-end web development with knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS, as well as scripting languages such as JavaScript, Action Script, Cold Fusion, or VB Script
· Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, SQL, and relational database fundamentals
· Experience with MS Word and MS Excel 
· Ability to work effectively within a team, through task delegation, solutions design, and technical development, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and customer deadlines with minimal oversight 
· Proficient knowledge of 2 or more of email compliant HTML and email marketing platforms or experience with XML, JSON, JQuery  
Preferred Requirements
·  Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code templates and design and execute test plans
· Experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals
· Ability to understand business goals and translate technical and non-technical information to and from clients
· Experience with PHP, ASP, and Object Oriented Programming is a plus
