Salesforce is currently hiring an experienced Talent Scout to join our growing Futureforce University Recruiting team. Our Talent Scouts are often a candidate's first contact with Salesforce, and play a huge part in bringing top talent to one of the World's Most Innovative Companies (6th year in a row!). You will work closely with the Futureforce University Recruiting team to build out an Intern and Graduate Program in EMEA. Working in close collaboration with colleagues in Germany, Spain, UK and Ireland you will have the opportunity to build Graduate and Intern talent communities across EMEA by uniting tried and true recruiting techniques with the latest in the market, to create and grow relationships for long-term engagement.

Your Impact:

You will manage the entire sourcing process in a partnership with the Futureforce University Recruiting team (inbound and outbound)
·
You will dream up and design world-class student and graduate sourcing strategies (proactive and reactive)
·
You will be the first point of contact for candidates and will screen and interview candidates
·
You will own University Engagements in collaboration with the recruiters to fit the overall candidate attraction strategy for the respective regions

Working alongside the Futureforce University recruiters to deliver exceptional candidate experience
Requirements:
·
University degree with 1-3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support experience
·
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
·
International mindset
·
Fluent English with one additional European Language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, German, French)
·
Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
·
Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
·
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
·
Ideally a first experience in the University Recruiting space
·
Background in building a network in (at least one) talent segment, and Subject Matter Expert-level knowledge in that network
·
Shining track record of success in a fast paced environment
·
Strong MS Word, Excel
·
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and general Boolean logic
·
Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
