Strategic Account Executive - Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery

Our Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery Account Executives cover a number of industries in the Swiss Enterprise space. This specific role will be aligned to our Enterprise Services Cluster.

As a Strategic Account Executive within the Salesforce Einstein Analytics team you will join this Emerging Cloud sales team during a period of significant growth to sell the smartest analytics and citizen data science suite for every business user. Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery combine dynamic, interactive data visualisation with the power of machine learning to deliver insights and data-driven applications for every business user. Our suite tells businesses what happened, why, what might happen next, and importantly, what can be done to improve it.

This Strategic Account Executive will formulate and execute a Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery sales strategy for Switzerland, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in this segment. You will work in partnership with the existing, Core Account owners and will carry quota for the Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery product sales.

Your Impact

You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will help them to define use cases, prove business value and cement license demand for individual deals or to contribute to larger, multi-cloud deals. You will show them why Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery are the ideal products to use with their other Salesforce solutions and how they add significant value over what they currently have. You will work with a specialist team of SE's and Data Scientists on POC's and Pilots, and be able to demo out of the box Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery yourself after training is provided.

You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery suite to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations.

You will truly 'own' the Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery lead generation to order process in your sector and will also enable Core teams with key product and industry plays relevant to their accounts, and subsequently either lead these activities end to end or work jointly with Core teams to drive growth.

You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Required Skills

·  You will be 'Salesforce savvy' with a good level of understanding of one of the Services' Cluster industries through previous experience of selling to them over the course of at least the last 2 years.
·  You will have worked in the Enterprise space in a sales role for over 2 years.
·  You will have a high level understanding of our Einstein Analytics & Einstein Discovery suite.
·  You have shown that you are both a 'farmer' and a 'hunter'.
·  Fluent German and English are a must have
