Position Overview:
We are looking to hire an innovative, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, process-oriented, people-oriented Sr. HR Compliance Analyst to help grow and scale our global HRC program. The Sr. Analyst will help to strengthen our HR compliance environment by conducting testing, monitoring and auditing of global HR-related controls and processes and by partnering closely with business process owners to develop and help operationalize action plans, provide best practices and practical HR-compliance advice to our business partners. The Sr. Analyst will need to have a global mindset, understanding country, regional and local differences and requirements. This role will partner with teams around the world and need to be keenly focused on understanding the business and building strong cross-functional relationships

The Sr. Analyst needs to be able to constantly flex in the face of the constantly changing external and internal environment, running with the pace of the business and delivering on multiple simultaneous priorities.
The Sr. Analyst will have substantial experience and subject matter expertise in global HR-related compliance; auditing, monitoring and testing; process improvement and/or project management and controls.
This role will be laser-focused on understanding our business operations and the challenges facing our business partners and will work with the business to help identify, close and monitor compliance gaps. Our hire will bring rigor and efficiency in all that he or she does, delivering excellent timely work product, communicating openly and transparently, and working collaboratively. The Sr. Analyst will be comfortable being a member of a small team located in the US, and will be able to work closely together across time zones and geography. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of HR Compliance and will have work assigned by the HRC Manager.
Roles and responsibilities will include:

Monitoring, auditing and testing of HR-related business processes and controls

Identify HR Compliance-related gaps or conflicts in existing processes and help develop and operationalize mitigation efforts with business partners

Advise and assist HR process and control owners with the preparation and on-going maintenance of control documentation

Drive and manage regular HR Compliance activities including updating and delivering compelling, timely HR compliance reporting and tracking global HR-related compliance developments

Partner with other internal teams to identify and mitigate HR-aspects of compliance risks

Support HR process owners during internal and external audits

Develop and deliver HR- related compliance related communications, training and education

Build strong working relationships with internal departments, particularly with teams located outside HQ

Track industry best practices related to key HR processes and new HR-related compliance requirements

Maintain dialogue with other industry colleagues and professional organizations to keep abreast of trends in the industry and in compliance processes as well as current best practices/techniques. Assist in translating the appropriate solutions to our Company

Manage department administrative tasks including invoice process, schedule meetings, tracking in GRC tool and other tasks as needed

Manage and/or contribute to special projects both ongoing/recurring, as needed, in an effective and efficient manner
Required Skills/Experience (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
-
At least four to six years of experience in the field of human resources operations, compliance, auditing, or legal/paralegal

At least four to six years experience testing, monitoring and auditing HR-related processes and controls; collaboratively developing remediation plans; and documenting the same
-
At least three to five years experience managing and implementing projects that includes identifying, maintaining, and adjusting project scope and resources, formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance

Experience supporting a global company and a global mindset

Expert in MS Office (e.g. Excel - pivot tables, V-look ups, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G Suite (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Drive)

A passion for analyzing data and translating it into a compelling narrative

Experience tracking progress, results, findings and plans and report progress

Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills across all levels of the Company, managing through influence

Additional Skills/Experience (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with high growth companies and companies that operated at scale--$20B+ in Revenue

Cloud, enterprise software or technology industry experience

HR Certification preferred

Experience with HR-related statutory, regulatory and/or professional compliance standards and practices, focused on international markets

Expertise in developing process documentation and flowcharts

Flexibility to travel up to 30% (domestic and international); open to future opportunities for international rotation assignments

Bilingual or other language proficiency
