Sales Research Trainee, German Market
Location : Dublin, Ireland
Department Description:
The Trainee will be part of the Sales Development Organisation in our EMEA HQ in Dublin. He or she will support the business development team and get the opportunity to grow to a sales representative role in 6 months.
Role description:
Managing the demand generation planning and execution process for Salesforce EMEA Sales teams - position based in Dublin.
Your impact:
Working with AE's to find the top fast growing, promising business, VC portfolios in DACH and France
Develop programs / customer facing activity to help AE's connect with these businesses
Creating and collating Startup specific content for the ESMB Sales programs website
Building reports and dashboards of AE driven activity such as webinars/call blitz's
Tracking and reporting on regional activity on a weekly basis
Working with the creative team to build internal AE facing communications
Liaising with SE, specialist teams and external agencies to build and plan webinars / events that focus on startups
Basic requirements:
Recent graduate from top university or business school
Fluency required in English and German. Additional European language proficiency a very strong advantage
Preferred requirements:
Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
Must be able to network across the company and to build/manage cross-functional virtual teams.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
Professional with strong planning and analytic skills. Project management expertise an advantage.
Strong skills and experience in running programmatic campaigns across multiple teams
Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation through sales teams.
Proactive, creative and innovative thinker. Must be a able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities through Sales Programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, Salesforce.com experience an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
