Sr Manager, Industry Enablement Programs
This role is part of the Industry Enablement team within our Sales Enablement organization. The Enablement Strategy team owns the learning strategy and execution for industries, products, and solutions across go-to-market roles with the intention of improving employee productivity by providing the appropriate level of industry and product knowledge relevant to their role.
Working within the Enablement organization, this role is responsible for enablement for one of our target industries: Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Manufacturing. In this role, a successful candidate will collaborate within Enablement and with business partners in Sales, Industry Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing to identify role-specific learning requirements, determine successful outcomes, and then develop and execute learning programs as a part of the industries enablement strategy. In addition, a successful candidate will ensure that industry learning programs incorporate best-in-class learning design principles, deliver high value for our consumers, and scale for a global audience.
This role requires a hands-on tactical manager with the ability to think and act strategically in a fast-paced and complex organization. A successful candidate will be able to lead a cross-departmental team (non-direct staff) to scope, design, execute, and measure learning initiatives to drive go-to-market success. You will empower our employees to speak the language of their customers and position Salesforce solutions within industries such as Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. Sr Analyst, Enablement - Scrum Master
Project Management Office (PMO) Team within Sales Enablement Team is looking for a Scrum Master (SM) to join the Enablement org. Sales Enablement Team is passionate about learning with a strong track record of building effective and scalable learning programs, events and technology in a fast-paced and complex organization. We are strategic thinkers, enthusiastic educators, and willing to take educated risks to achieve great results.
As a member of the PMO team, this role will act as the Scrum Master for one of the key teams responsible for driving to completion initiatives across Sales Enablement organization. We’re seeking a SM who can lead the team's success, coach the team and broader organization on agile principles and values.
Sr Learning Experience Designer

Your Impact:
Your role will be to participate in several Scrum teams as an experienced learning designer responsible for: 1) helping design and automate role-based learning journeys, 2) developing the tools, templates, and training materials that help our Enablement team create better quality learning experiences for all employees, and 3) bringing your expertise to a team of passionate educators and consultants and work with them to build a comprehensive training program to onboard our broader team into our design practices.
Content Marketing Manager
Global enablement is an essential part of our strategy to lead our Distribution teams into our future as a $20 billion company. Our Creative Content team is in a unique position to change the perception of learning content from routine to memorable. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about every part of the content lifecycle and can evolve our brand across multiple content types. This role is multifaceted and requires a willingness to develop a broad perspective across our learning strategy, our customers (the distribution organization), and the current state of content so that we can scale what works, re-imagine what doesn't work and focus on adoption and innovation.
Business Systems Analyst (2)
The Global Enablement technology team is looking for a Business Analyst, passionate about solving complex business problems, to join our team as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for scoping projects, gathering requirements, vendor evaluation, technology and process architecture, solution deployments to support multiple, interdependent business processes of the Global Enablement organization. You are able to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted technology and business advisor to the Global Enablement organization.
Enablement Analytics Data Engineer, Sr Analyst
As the Enablement Analytics Data Engineer you will be working closely with a team of software developers, database architects, business analysts and data scientists across Salesforce.com to wrangle/consolidate data from various business systems, perform sophisticated data analysis, and build dashboards/tools to examine the data. The role focuses on structuring data in databases, maintaining databases, developing automation scripts, developing dashboards and helping drive business insights from data. You must be able to illustrate analytics with use of data visualization, in a concise and simple fashion for business users to understand. Most of all, you are curious, excited about optimizing or even re-designing our existing data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives. You are self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products.

Top Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a sales enablement organization
· Experience with go-to-market strategy and sales organization business models.
· Experience building and implementing scalable, best in breed global training programs that enhance selling skills and sales performance, with a demonstrated track record of behavior-change and improved sales results.
· Experience with planning, prioritization, program execution, and collaboration across teams.
· Experience leading enablement initiatives for a global sales organization.
· Excellent executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior leadership.
· Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes.
· Understanding of Salesforce and its solutions for the emerging industries.
