Product Adoption Manager, Marketing Cloud
The Marketing Cloud product team at Salesforce is looking for a Product Adoption Manager with a passion for customer experience, driving adoption through the entire product lifecycle. The Product Adoption Manager will work across internal product and technology, documentation, customer communications and analytics teams to drive customer usage and data driven product decisions. This is an opportunity to work with all of the Marketing Cloud industry leading solutions.
Responsibilities

·  Create migration and adoption plans - drive the product adoption lifecycle. Team with Product Management and cross-functional business leaders to ensure internal teams and customers are ready for GA releases. Drive adoption and data driven end of life decisions. Create and manage the lifecycle program.

·  Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers throughout the product lifecycle. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the product process. Prioritize product requirements with product owners.

·  Drive for the best customer experience possible. Work closely with product and UX to develop and deliver assets to engineering. Work with the technology team to deliver a world-class product driven by customers, prospects, advisory teams and internal product experts. Measure success. Measure everything. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.

·  Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate product communications for beta, adoption and end of life both internally and with customers.
Experience/Skills Required

·  2-6+ years of product or program management experience

·  Strong organizational, program management, written and oral communication skills

·  Quantitative skills with regards to data utilization interpretation and analysis

·  Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives

·  Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven ability to execute on plans

·  Ability to lead and work autonomously.

·  Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·  Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.

·  Bachelor's degree

·  Well developed sense of humor, and grace under pressure
Experience/Skills Desired

·  Experience managing enterprise software

·  Working knowledge of Salesforce products including Marketing Cloud is a plus.

·  Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus.

·  Understanding of software and platform architectures is a plus.

·  MBA is a plus.

·  SQL knowledge and understanding of system tables HUGE plus
