The Security Technology team resides within the Salesforce Global Corporate Security and Safety Department and helps maintain the physical security systems that protect the company’s people, brand, facilities, and assets.  To accomplish this mission we are seeking an experienced Physical Security Technology Administrator dedicated to our Data Center Operations.  This role will be responsible for programming, monitoring and maintaining our existing data center physical security and Video Management systems platforms globally while documenting system issues and new systems procedures.

Qualified candidates must be able to interact positively with stakeholders across the full spectrum of business unit owners and demonstrate ownership of deliverables. Ability to build and maintain rapport, understand and adapt to the nuances of different internal customers, and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities is critical.

The Physical Security Technology Sr. Administrator will be tasked with supporting the management of the company’s physical security and VMS systems including but not limited to;

·  System Management 
·  Executing a documented performance and maintenance program for the company’s physical security devices globally
·  Maintaining and monitoring of corporate security infrastructure (servers, storage, applications, network)
·  Ensuring all data center physical security technology standards are adhered to globally
·  Ensuring uptime requirements are met by networked security infrastructure
·  Working quickly to address and remedy unanticipated faults within the Security Technology portfolio and ensure minimal system downtime 
·  Minimizing downtime by leading the incident management process using internal case tracking system; providing clear communication to internal and external customers.
·  Proactively preparing for planned outages and ensuring adequate coverage during those times
·  Reaching out to appropriate security integrators to schedule on site service tickets for failed and problematic devices and driving those repairs to completion.
·  Serving as a subject matter expert on our current security device technology and being able to respond to system related issues quickly and with minimal supervision
·  Creating and maintaining internal documentation such as dashboards and system reports to measure current system health in real time.  

Required Skills/Experience:

·  Lenel Certified Professional (LCP)
·  3 or more years directly administering, maintaining and deploying data center security systems and components in a large scale enterprise environment 
·  5 or more years experience administering PACS systems, at least 3 years of which are administering Lenel.
·  3 or more years recent experience with industry standard biometric access control devices
·  3 or more years experience maintaining and troubleshooting physical access control systems with integrated video surveillance solutions.
·  3 or more years directly administering an enterprise VMS system
·  2 or more years of professional or advanced Milestone VMS certification and administration.  
·  Proven track record of advancement and success in previous roles.
·  Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed.
·  Ability and willingness to participate in on-call rotation
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·  Subject Matter Expert in Data Center Security Systems and related procedures
·  Ability to work collaboratively across various teams with competing priorities to reach a desired outcome
·  Expertise in physical access control systems operations and troubleshooting/repairs
·  Expertise in Lenel Onguard
·  Familiarity with Lenel Onguard Enterprise Systems
·  Familiarity with 3rd party systems integrations to the Lenel system
·  Familiarity with Lenel DataConduIT and OpenAccess API
·  Familiarity with SQL Management Studio and Basic Query Structure
·  Ability to multitask while balancing shifting priorities
·  Support of 3rd party vendor relationships globally
