We are looking for a Partner Account Onboarding & Recruitment Administrator to join the Channel & Alliances team within Salesforce.com. The Partner Account Onboarding & Recruitment Administrator is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new Regional System Integrators into the Partner Program and guiding existing Regional System Integrator (RSI) partners to develop and grow their Salesforce Practice.
This role is responsible for recruiting RSIs that strengthen the partner ecosystem in the DACH region and onboarding those new partners into the Consulting Partner Program. For existing partners, you are responsible for partner-driven revenue, certification growth, successful implementations, and developing selected partners in strategic growth areas.

Responsibilities:
· Identify SI whitespaces with the GTM Partner Management in your territory and recruit Regional System Integrators with the industry, product and market segment expertise to round out the partner ecosystem in the territory
· Lead qualification for new consulting partner leads
· Onboarding of new partners into the partner program, which requires working closely with the Partner Operations team.
· Own the success of the RSI program in your region
· Work with Partners, Salesforce.com Account Executives, GTM Team and Salesforce.com Management to provide alignment and clarity for the delivery of customer implementations and incremental revenue
· Provide partner management expertise to both existing and new SI partners to ensure that they are developing Sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery capabilities in line with Salesforce.com strategy.
Required Skills/Experience:

· Experience within a business applications vendor in building and managing mutually beneficial partnerships with SIs or ISVs
· Proven record of building relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to influence functional groups with shared visions
· Experience in a Partner Account/Channel/Alliances role
· Strong time management skills
· Proven consultative sales solutions skills
· Passion and commitment for partner success
· Bachelor's Degree
