Salesforce Commerce Cloud is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join our newly formed DevPersona team. The DevPersona team is crucial in helping our integration partners/developers to be able to leverage our platform through the public cloud for Dev, QA and Staging environment. In this role you will be working on several new initiatives which will increase the productivity of our Partner ecosystem to be able to produce eCommerce sites in a more timely manner. You will leverage public and private cloud technologies such as AWS and work extensively on our CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities

·  Deliver on full life cycle software components for our mission critical, enterprise SaaS web applications
·  Support our commitment to continuous integration, unit tests, and functional automation
·  Assist the team in definition of sub-component requirements and accurately forecast project effort
·  Provide attention to detail and a commitment to delivery of high-quality, stable deliverables
·  Work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multi-cultural, development and testing team
·  Be self-motivated; driven to achieve and exceed committed milestones
·  Display strong collaboration skills
·  Desire to work in a growing, fast-paced environment of innovation

Required Skills:

·  Working knowledge of web application development using Java
·  Knowledge of deploying production code to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
·  Knowledge of CI/CD
·  Ability to work with Linux systems
·  Working knowledge of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
·  Experience developing API's or REST services
·  Experience with Scrum in an Agile Development environment
·  Core database(SQL) skills including ability to execute and debug complex queries
·  Ability to share and collaborate with peers both verbally and in writing
·  Experience developing SaaS applications

Education & Experience

·  2+ years of software development experience
·  BS or MS degree in Computer science or equivalent
·  At least 2 years professional Java development experience
